Condition Assessments of Industrial Chimneys
Condition assessments determine the need for repairs on chimneys, assess the extent of necessary repairs, and evaluate the timing and lifespan of those repairs. The outcome also identifies various repair options and their associated costs.
We use specialized equipment, modern measurement and research tools, including drones (remotely piloted helicopters) and specialized cameras. Often, inspection methods are non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, but we also conduct specialized studies using destructive testing (DT) methods.
An accredited partner serves as the testing laboratory. Ultrasonic measurements of metal chimneys are also part of our condition assessments. Our assessors have experience in planning repair work and its execution.
Acute repair measures can also be effectively combined with our condition assessments if the situation requires it.
The condition assessments of industrial chimneys include, among other things, the following tasks:
- Condition inspections of industrial chimneys
- Inspection and analysis of industrial structures
- Structural condition assessment of chimneys
- Inspection of industrial ducts and chimneys
- Tightness inspection of flue gas pipelines
- Condition assessment and safety inspection of industrial tanks
- Technical analysis of chimneys and tanks
- Inspection of flue gas systems and tanks
- Tightness inspection for flue gas ducts and tanks
- Condition assessment of industrial tank structures
